Lovely brooch signed ART by Arthur Pepper. Tiny enameled florals in orange and yellow,  jonquil chaton rhinestones and "mellow yellow" oval cabochons. Brilliant goldtone metal with a textured back. It measures 2 1/2" x 1 1/2".
 
According to my friend Larry Kasoff, son of Dan Kasoff of Florenza, ART was a competitor of Florenza jewelry. Production ceased in the 1970's.
