Policy
For your convenience we provide a secure shopping cart. Simply click the
"Add To Cart" button for each item you want to purchase and complete the form -
making sure you fill everything in and ... that it is correct.
You will receive an initial confirmation and
then a final confirmation since items are subject to availability and all pricing
is subject to verification by Eclectic Vintage.
If you prefer not to use our secure shopping cart we are happy to accept

Shipping: shipping cost adjustments (if any) will also
be made on your final confirmation. Our jewelry is shipped free within the United States.
If a jewelry order is over $50 we also pay for insurance. We are not responsible for
uninsured jewelry packages under $50 - if you want the package insured be sure to
request it in the Special Requests section of the order form, in your e-mail order or if
you phone an order in.
US Orders: PayPal, Checks, Money Orders and
Direct Credit Cards for Visa and Master Card.

Please expect at least 10 days for your check to clear subject to a $25.00
charge for insufficient funds.
Florida residents must pay 7% sales tax. Florida
dealers must supply
a resale number.
Please wait for a FINAL confirmation from Eclectic Vintage since adjusted
shipping charges will apply.
We do not accept orders from Indonesia or Nigeria.
We reserve the right to cancel any order. All
orders are subject to prior sale.

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. If payments are not
received within 7 days the merchandise returns to inventory for sale.
Lay away
plans are strictly enforced. If payments are not made according to the lay away
plan, all monies paid will be forfeited and the merchandise returns to inventory for sale.
No exceptions.

You will be promptly notified of the shipping date once correct payment
has been received.

REFUND POLICY
Eclectic Vintage wants you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase.
Please do not hesitate to ask questions prior to purchase
Notify us by e-mail within 12 hours of receipt of package for refund approval.
Once the refund is approved
by Eclectic Vintage, please return the item in the same manner
in which it was shipped to you within 3 days of receipt of
package.
Eclectic Vintage will not accept returns due to damage - breakage,
improper testing and or cleaning, loss of stones or parts. Partial returns are not
accepted.
All refunds exclude shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee and any credit
card or PayPal fees Eclectic Vintage had to incur may apply.
